Send this SOP checklist directly to your client, or walk your client through how to give you Partner Access to their Intercom Account
- Log into Intercom, and click on the user icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
- In the menu that appears, click on Settings
- In the Settings menu, click on Teammates
- Click on the + New teammate button
- Enter {ACCOUNT MANAGER'S EMAIL} in the text box
- After sending an invite to, ensure that the Inbox seat is toggled off for {ACCOUNT MANAGER}. Set the Status for {ACCOUNT MANAGER} to Away.
