Send this SOP checklist directly to your client, or walk your client through how to give you Partner Access to their Hotjar Account
- In the header nav bar, click on the + icon, and select Add new users from the drop-down menu
- Under Organization, select the {Client} Organization
- In the first row under Team Member, enter {ACCOUNT MANAGER'S EMAIL} and set the access level to Admin
- In the second row under Team Member, enter {ANALYST'S EMAIL} and set the access level to Admin
- Click the green Send Invites button
